Hi and Welcome to the DailyClassifieds eZine.

Firstly I would like to apologise to anyone who has written to me in the last 24 -36 hours. I have not received any e mails to the addresses, DailyClassifieds, or OurSafeList. and do not even know if the e mails are being bounced back or not.

The DailyClassifieds and OurSafeList sites have also been down for the same amount of time.

Last Night I had A Little Talk With Myself
About My Aunt Aida. Part: 1

I first met Aida way back in the late 1970's to 80's.
In those days I was working as an Advertising
Representative for a provincial newspaper.

Aunt Aida was my favourite aunt. She always had
the most marvellous gifts of wisdom for me each
time I visited her. In those days I visited her
a lot. Sometimes several times a day.

Her influence on me never ceased to amaze me and
each and every time that I left her house I
returned to my job and worked up some of the best
advertisements you've ever seen.

My job paid me by commission for the amount of
column centimetres of advertisements that my
clients placed in the newspaper.

If the advertisements didn't pull in sales for my
clients they wouldn't continue placing their ads
with me and I didn't get paid. It was as simple
as that. It took me a while to fully realise exactly how
clever aunt Aida really was. She taught me to
associate her name with all the essential
components of writing an advertisement.

Needless to say, I enjoyed visiting her immensely.
Partly because now I could really help my clients
sell their product and partly because I also
benefited from an increase in income.
Let me explain in today's terminology exactly how
Aida contributed all those years ago to my
ability to be of help to my clients today.

Aunt Aida showed me how simple it was to remember
all the essential parts of producing an
advertisement that produces results.

As an Internet marketer you can have all the
greatest products in the world. You won't be able
to help anyone get the benefits of your products
unless you:

A. Stop prospects dead in their tracks so that
they will read your advertisement. In other words
you MUST get their ATTENTION!

I. You must present the very best benefits of your
product so that your reader will find your product
of great INTEREST to them.

D. Your prospect must be shown what the benefits
will do for them. It is only when you do this that
they will DESIRE the benefits your program will
provide for them.

A. Finally, you must ask your prospect to take
ACTION to benefit from your product NOW!

Aunt Aida's wisdom should be a constant reminder
to you of the essential components of ANY
advertisement.

Leave any one of the essentials out of an
advertisement and the results will be disastrous
to you and the benefits of your product will not
reach your prospect.

You can find the most searched keyword or phrase and bid for top placement of that keyword which will then be seen on all affiliated search engine networks IN THE #1 SPOT if that is your preference. Maybe you just want to be listed in the top 10? You can do that too.

You can pay Findwhat.com $25 to begin to fund your account.

Keywords start at .01 per click. Goto.com’s minimum is a $50 deposit. Their keywords start at .05. Both companies will even look at your webpage for you and tell you which keywords will work and how much the current keywords will cost for #1, #5 or #10 listing placements.

Go to Goto.com and type in "free" in the search engine slot. You will see as of today, the top advertiser has paid .50 for top #1 placement.

That is a .10 difference for those weak in the new math. But other key words are very different. For example, try entering: "Home Business" or "MLM" or "Network Marketing" and you will see how much advertisers are paying for the premium top spots in each search engine.

FINAL THOUGHT ABOUT PPCSEP

You need to have a good title and a good website description. If your title is lame or your description has too much "Hype," searchers will not click on it. If you are trying to get people who want FREE stuff, put "free" in your title or descriptions since your keywords must be RELEVANT to the search.Findwhat.com and many other search engine companies will not let your keywords be seen on the search engine until they verify them for relevancy, while other search engines are too overworked to maintain this service so you can sneak a few non relevant words in like, “Internet,” “MP3,” and “Shopping.”

These are popular search words.Over all I do want to stress to you that you make your keywords as relevant to your website. Some Search Engine companies will delete your listing and not provide a refund if you abuse the relevancy policy.

Good luck getting placed #1 and may your site traffic Explode by using this information.

'Wake Up Your PC's Gatekeeper'

Your PC has a "gatekeeper".

But you may not be making use of its services. And you should.

What do I mean by "gatekeeper" anyway? Glad you asked.

Whenever you switch on your PC, one of the first things that happens is the activation of the programming code contained in its BIOS (Basic Input Output System). This code is designed to prepare the machine for use by an operating system, such as MS-DOS and Windows 95/98/2000/NT.

The BIOS coding performs a Power On Self Test (POST) check of the system's resources to detect any errors or problems that will need attention. If everything checks out OK, the BIOS MAY then invoke its "gatekeeper" function. If you've set it up to do so.

Many people who have bought a PC never bother to read the documentation that comes with it. Usually, the machine is already configured to be useable "out of the box". Just connect everything together, power up and you're in business.

And this works fine for most people.

However, we are Netpreneurs wishing to do SAFE Net business so we'll probably want the gatekeeper function to be active, as the initial security check whenever the machine is
booted up.

I'm referring, of course, to the optional BIOS password
check that may be performed after a successful POST.

You can provide a password that will prevent any unauthorised user from loading your Windows system. You should do this, to ensure that no one but yourself and those you trust will have the opportunity to use the system. Remember, the safety of your vital business data is paramount. You don't want to take the risk of having it corrupted or destroyed, and using the BIOS password facility is a good first line of defence.

How is this done? You have to get into the BIOS menu system while it's running through the POST check. On my machine, I have to press the "F2" key during POST. This allows me to access a Security menu which enables a password to be set, cleared or changed.

Check out your system's documentation for instructions on
how to do the same. There are a number of different BIOSes
out there, and they all use their own methods.

Be aware that you must choose a password you're sure to
remember! If you do write it down, keep it in a safe place.

Don't use the name of your spouse, car or kids!

One of the best ways of choosing a hard password to guess,
but easy to remember, is this - think of a six to eight
word phrase that has meaning for you. The more strange and
absurd it is, the better. For example, such a phrase
might be "Six Green Dogs Jumped Into The Ocean". That's a
vivid image, which is likely to be easily remembered.

Now take the first letter of each word - SGDJITO

There's your password. For added security, change letter I
to digit one, and letter O to digit zero. SGDJ1T0. You could
also use digit 5 instead of letter S, and digit 8 in place
of letter B. Devise your own protocol for substitution.

Now, wake your gatekeeper up, and get it working for you!
